I was shocked to learn my Providian credit card raised my APR from 23.99 to 29.99.惊悉我国providian的信用卡提出从四月至23.9929.99. I've never missed a payment or been late.我从来不曾迟到付款或错过了. I also have a Providian credit card and in my 10/5/1998 Account Agreement it states: "CHANGES.
