In a Chapter 7 agreement, the court resolves most debts by selling assets and property so that the filer is given a fresh financial start.الفصل 7 في الاتفاقية ، المحكمه حل معظم الديون عن طريق بيع اصول وممتلكات لذلك المدون تحظى مالية جديدة في البداية. The court takes all assets including cars, homes, furnishings, jewelry or anything else of value.المحكمه تتخذ جميع الاصول بما فيها السيارات والمنازل والاثاث والمجوهرات او اي شيء آخر ذي قيمة. The assets are sold to pay off the debt.الاصول المباعه لتسديد الدين. There are some debts that a person may wish to repay on their own instead of having the court resolve it.هناك ديون أي شخص يرغب في سداد بانفسهم بدلا من ان المحكمه حلها. This is called reaffirmation.هذا الى إعادة تأكيد. Reaffirmation is a special payment plan with the court.تأكيد خاص هو دفع خطة محكمة. For example, if a car loan is reaffirmed, the person keeps the car and makes payments under new terms.على سبيل المثال ، إذا السيارات قرض جديد هو الشخص يبقى السياره وتقدم المدفوعات بموجب الشروط الجديدة.
